Hi my name is Jenny Towers and thanks for visiting my website!

As you probably know I have a passion for all things customer service! I own and run a customer service training company, in which I specialise in creating customised courses for businesses. I do not believe one size fits all in this area. All businesses have different challenges and customer demographics. also enjoy speaking at seminars and workshops.

In the News

This year I will be creating a webinar series containing very valuable information in the customer service area. As an added value for our clients, we also have a design team who build customer friendly websites. These are set up to be social media savy and are designed around our clients needs.

Services

I also do personal one on one coaching for business, customer service and for life in general. Being a Master NLP Practitioner and a Master Results and Performance Coach I have a small group of clients I work closely with to improve results, business practices and behavours, beliefs and habits.
